Senior UIUX Designer

Job Overview:

Techzu Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to lead UI/UX design for websites, web applications, and mobile applications. This role requires a proactive designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centric designs across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design for Websites & Applications: Lead the design of user interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications, focusing on usability, accessibility, and engagement.

2. Prototype & Wireframe Creation: Develop high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows in Figma to clearly communicate design concepts and functionality.

3. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design alignment with project goals, technical feasibility, and timelines.

4. User Research & Data-Driven Insights: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and leverage data to inform design decisions and optimize user experience across digital platforms.

5. UI/UX for Complex Systems: (Bonus) Apply UI/UX skills in ERP or similar complex systems, designing interfaces that simplify navigation and enhance user productivity.

6. Design Consistency & Standards: Establish and maintain design standards, style guides, and best practices to ensure a cohesive user experience across all projects.

7. Testing & Optimization: Lead usability testing, A/B testing, and feedback loops to refine and optimize designs based on real user feedback.

8. Mentorship & Guidance for Junior Designers: Vet, guide, and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and supporting their growth to ensure high-quality design standards across the team.

Requirements:

1. Experience & Skills:

   1. At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, focusing on websites, web applications, and mobile applications.

   2. Proficient in Figma, with strong skills in creating high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes.

   3. Bonus: Experience in UI/UX design for ERP or similar systems, and familiarity with Elementor.

2. Portfolio: A portfolio that includes:

   1. At least 3 completed website projects.

   2. At least 1 completed mobile application project.

   3. At least 1 completed web application project.

3. Additional Skills:

   1. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience in user research.

   2. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

   3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.

Working Conditions:

1. Work Arrangement: Bring Your Own Device; Remote work until further notice, with the possible arrangement for hybrid or full onsite when the Kuala Lumpur office is ready.

2. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
