JFC Production is a TikTok marketing agency that handles everything for clients—from content planning and creation to posting, advertising, and data analysis. We are looking for a Senior Content Creator to join our team. In this dual role, you’ll manage the creative process while also producing engaging TikTok content that drives results.

Senior Content Creator Responsibilities:

• Content Leadership: Oversee and manage the creative direction of TikTok campaigns, ensuring all projects meet the vision and timeline.
• Content Creation: Be hands-on in producing TikTok videos, including scripting, performing on camera, and directing.
• Campaign Planning: Develop creative ideas and strategies for TikTok campaigns that align with client goals.
• Video Editing: Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar tools, maintaining a TikTok-friendly aesthetic.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated on TikTok trends, hashtags, and creative formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks on all content before posting to ensure high standards.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in content creation, preferably on TikTok.
• Skills:
  • Strong scriptwriting and creative ideation skills.
  • Confident and charismatic on-camera personality.
  • Familiarity with CapCut and basic video editing techniques.
  • Solid understanding of TikTok trends, audience behavior, and platform dynamics.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and manage creative workflows.
• Location: On-site role.
