Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Allegis Global Solutions, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive transformative hiring strategies that deliver exceptional results worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, focusing on direct and active recruiting, and build relationships with stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Understand the recruitment delivery process and carry out activities to ensure account KPIs are met, driving business outcomes through effective talent acquisition.
  • Communicate recruitment trends, market intelligence, and act as a talent advisor and partner to hiring managers, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify and escalate risk or compliance issues, ensuring a proactive approach to maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
  • Manage requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment-related data and information, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment activity for accurate volume forecasting, enabling informed decision-making and optimized resource allocation.
  • Coach candidates on how to prepare for selection stages, empowering them with the knowledge and confidence to excel in their applications.
  • Provide professional advice and feedback to candidates promptly, ensuring a positive and supportive experience from initial engagement to hire.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in retail and/or volume-based roles, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry and its nuances.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience, with a proven track record of building lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and other key partners.
  • Prior experience conducting behavioral-based interviews, demonstrating a mastery of assessment techniques and a keen eye for detail.
  • Successful experience managing multiple searches simultaneously, juggling competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining exceptional organizational skills.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, able to distill complex ideas into clear, concise language and navigate diverse perspectives with empathy and understanding.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruiting tools, with a solid foundation in technology and a willingness to adapt to new systems and platforms.
  • Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred, but not required, as we value continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Ability to write client-oriented communications, crafting compelling narratives that showcase our values and commitment to excellence.
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable, reflecting a strong academic background and a passion for lifelong learning.
