ERP Manufacturing Lead: Serve as the manufacturing function lead for the implementation of Microsoft D365 F&O ERP system.
Business Process Analysis: Work closely with user groups to study, understand, and analyze both current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") business or operational processes to define a valid scope of requirements.
Collaboration with ERP Consultant: Collaborate with the ERP consultant to map existing business processes based on the valid scope.
Gap Analysis: Identify business gaps and work with the ERP consultant to design and propose solutions that meet business needs.
Data Migration: Lead or guide users in finalizing migration data, including master data and opening balances, during data migration activities.
UAT Preparation: Assist users in preparing business scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
User Training: Coordinate and conduct training sessions for key and end users, and prepare e-learning materials.
Process Knowledge: Maintain expertise in the business processes and system functionalities under your domain. Stay informed on new technologies and practices.
Requirement Gathering: Gather and lead new requirements driven by changes in business rules, customer needs, or regulatory requirements.
Integration and Testing: Collaborate with integration partners for third-party system integrations and support regression testing (RSAT), including preparing business scenarios and parameter files for system upgrades or new releases.
Job requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelors Degree / Diploma / Professional Certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior position, ideally in an enterprise or manufacturing environment.
ERP Knowledge: Hands-on experience in functional, operational, and system support roles. Experience with Microsoft ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365, is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL scripting, Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT), Power BI, API, web services, data extraction, and reporting tools is desirable.
SDLC: Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience in project implementation.
Problem-Solving: Strong skills in troubleshooting, analyzing, and debugging application functionalities.
Additional Skills: Familiarity with technical processes, flow charts, database design, and web environments is preferable.
