Job Description
The Role
As a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager reporting to the Head of Sales (Region), you will be responsible for relationship development, new product adoption and diversification and associated revenue growth for a portfolio of Marque brands! You will also be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with emerging brands critical to SEEK’s long term strategic objectives.
This role requires you to be the voice of the customer, leveraging significant cross functional collaboration to ensure the client’s challenges and opportunities are duly articulated and serviced.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify, develop, and lead partnerships with key partners, including government agencies, corporate organizations, and community leaders.
- Advocate for and lead discussions to establish long-term, mutually helpful agreements.
- Investor Relations:
- Attract and onboard new investors to support the organization’s growth objectives.
- Prepare compelling investment proposals, presentations, and pitch decks tailored to diverse investor profiles.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing investors, providing regular updates on business progress and opportunities.
- Market Research & Opportunity Development:
- Conduct detailed market research to identify potential partnerships and investment opportunities.
- Develop and implement innovative approaches to engage new investors and collaborators.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partnership initiatives with overall business goals.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on business development progress and key performance metrics.
- Representation & Networking:
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and government meetings to enhance brand visibility and expand networks.
- Act as a key point of contact between the company and external stakeholders.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new revenue streams and market opportunities to drive profitability.
- Lead and close high-value deals with partners and investors.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Developing and growing solution sales relationships with key strategic (recruiter or corporate) customers, senior executives (C-Suite) & decision makers.
- Consistent record in driving revenue growth across a significant customer segment.
- Proactive approach to account planning to drive structure and governance across portfolio.
- Proven ability to handle and leverage cross functional team members to support client’s needs.
- Ability to capture and understand customer insights and make recommendations, representing the “voice of the customer” back into a product and marketing organisation.
- Solid experience in consulting and solution sales; experience with a digital product is a plus.
- Ability to work with third party advisors (e.g. Consultants) to help drive relationships and positioning.
