Our Global Finance Team provides support for the business for technical accounting compliance, financial and operational internal controls, process simplification, and operational excellence to deliver accurate actual financial reporting and analysis.

• As a Senior Statutory Analyst (OHADA) you will be the focal point for external auditors in Baker Hughes.
• You will be responsible for US GAAP deliverables to the Consolidations team and Product Company Controllers, working along with Global Finance functions.
• Finalizing financial statements by working closely with Functional teams, Business, Tax, Legal, and Operations.
• Providing the financial statements and audit pack to auditors in compliance with local statutory requirements.
• Performing analytical reviews and variance analysis for S2G Walk.
• Managing reporting deliverables to Consolidation & Reporting with quality and punctuality in accordance with US GAAP reporting.
• Experience in SSA Financial, Statutory, IDT, and DT Reporting Requirement. Knowledge in OHADA is needed (Critical for this role).

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/etc.).
• Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience in external audit or accounting field.
• Possess good knowledge and understanding of Statutory and IFRS/US GAAP/OHADA Accounting.
• Have good analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Be fluent in English & French with good oral and written communication skills.
• Have knowledge or experience in SAP, Hyperion Oracle, and performing quick analysis on SAP cross-functional analysis.
