Senior Staff Specialist Facility Management

Responsible for IFMY FM infrastructure project site control management. In your new role you will:

1. Act as team lead for site project supervisors, and coordinate with other project engineers towards project work quality, risk assessment, and site control.
2. Lead overall daily site project activities risk assessment with site supervisors and project engineers, and continuously review and improve site control procedure and compliance.
3. Ensure accurate and timely overall site project control reporting as defined by direct superior/manager.
4. Have knowledge of infrastructure system acceptance & testing (testing & commissioning, buy-off, change management, etc.).

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or other relevant field with demonstrated capability in this field.
2. Min. 5-7 years related experience in facilities management/services/engineering.
3. 8D methodology mindset which covers all root cause analysis tools, 7QC tools, and decision making.
4. Familiarity with relevant legal requirements, especially related to construction site requirements.
