Senior Staff Engineer Unit Process Development

To support development and enhancement of mold process/equipment for new product/technologies introduction.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Perform Process development activities (Parameters scouting, optimization, verification & Freeze Hand on) according to projects complexity to meet the project targets eg timeline, quality, cost & manufactural stability.
• Responsible for technical handshake and knowledge transfer to Operation.
• Prioritize multiple activities to support R & D Projects and manufacturing issues if and when required.
  • Support prototype and development samples build.
  • Support new equipment introduction (mold).
  • Develop process by DOE approach, analyze and process data using SPC tool.
  • Generate and update relevant documents, eg Process Specification, PFMEA, DFMEA, OJTI, T32, PDR.
• Project reporting and documentation required by A systematic. Lead a task force, CM or 8D team (related to mold process arise between A project).
• Initiate & lead technology development, assessment or concept engineering for platform grow & building new portfolio.
• Proactive contribution & realization of innovative ideas/tasks/IP.
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Mechatronics).
• More than 5 years in semiconductor industry in the field of Backend (Assembly) process and package Development.
• Knowledgeable on semiconductor Assembly.
• Hands-on and experienced in Process Development_ mold process know-how.
• Statistical data analysis including design of experiment, risk analysis and assessment.
• CAD_ min 2D; 3D & simulation skill add on advantage.
