Senior Sourcing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize the supply chain.
• Identify and onboard strategic suppliers capable of meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement and mitigate risks.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives and drive projects to achieve cost reductions without compromising quality or delivery.
• Stay informed about market trends, industry regulations, and technological advancements relevant to sourcing and supply chain management.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure team success and professional growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management or related discipline.
• Ideally 8 or more years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within engineering manufacturing.
• Experience with international sourcing and global supply chain management.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.) and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in both Mandarin and English for business needs.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel overseas (China, Singapore, etc.).
