Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data is secure is at the core of what we do. This means that our solution design will need to cater to mission-critical and no downtime requirements from our Business. You will leverage the best technology to provide solutions for end-to-end connected systems. Sometimes, issues might get tricky and this is where cooperation with other IT teams and specialists will come into play.

You will also ensure that our solution’s architecture aligns and meets our high standards both during the proposal and project stages. Once a project is approved, you will work closely with the implementation team to ensure that what was promised will be delivered as one.

As a Senior Architect, having at least 3-5 years of architecture knowledge in developing great end-to-end solutions is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Enterprise Integrations will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of Cloud and Containerization. You can work independently, prioritize, and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Erick Chen and I’m a Team Manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2018, when I took a role as Principal Architect in the DHL Express Network Operations domain. Gaining more hands-on experience with logistics business has always fascinated me. I was originally assigned to the Global Trade Services team as Architect. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed a Team Manager role.
