Since making the acquisition, Curlec by Razorpay has received an acquiring license by Bank Negara and is a registered member of Paynet. The Malaysia market presents a unique opportunity for Curlec by Razorpay due to its rapid digitalization and growing e-commerce ecosystem. Curlec aims to become the preferred payment partner for businesses across Malaysia, offering them the same level of reliability, security, and convenience that has made Razorpay a trusted name in India. We are also live in Singapore with plans of expansion to Thailand, Indonesia, and the rest of SEA.

About the Role

As the Solution Engineer, you will serve as the customer-facing advocate for Curlec by Razorpay's suite of products, supporting prospects with technical implementation for large enterprises. This role reports to the Head of Integrations within the Business Engineering team at Razorpay. The individual will play a key role in ensuring the successful integration of Curlec’s platform with merchants, enabling seamless payment solutions.

Location

Full-time based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• This individual should have a deep understanding of the entire product suite.
• Should be up-to-date in technical knowledge; in-depth understanding of any coding language is a must.
• Responsible for the implementation of the solutions provided by Curlec Razorpay for key clients.
• Responsible for representing Curlec Razorpay from a platform integration perspective with prospective merchants.
• Accountable for ensuring successful implementation of platform integration between Curlec by Razorpay and merchants.
• Support the reactive queries and requests raised by merchants within an agreed turnaround time and quality standards.
• Read and respond to integration and platform documents shared by prospective customers.
• The individual will act as a key feedback channel for customer product requirements/expectations and will close the loop with the Product team on the same.
• In the case of product customization requests from clients, he/she would help validate the requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in product-based payments or SaaS platform integrations, implementation, or solutions in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs.
• Strong ability to understand technical requirements and ensure seamless platform integration for enterprise clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
• Preferably from a Fintech background.
