Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Customer Insight, and Dynamics 365 to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Azure technologies and extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI).

Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing D365 solutions, as well as providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients in the Financial Services Industry.
2. Lead and guide technical teams in the successful implementation of D365 solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and other technical teams, to define and clarify technical requirements and the scope of work.
4. Provide expert technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to deployment and post-implementation support.
5. Stay abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and features to enhance our solutions.
6. Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Customer Insight, and Dynamics 365, providing training and mentorship to junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

Requirement

MUST REQUIREMENTS:
・Minimum of 10 years of experience working as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
・Deep understanding of Azure technologies, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure DevOps, etc.
・Extensive experience in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Finance and Operations modules.
・Strong knowledge of the Financial Services Industry (FSI), including regulatory requirements, industry trends, and common business processes.

ADVANTAGES:
・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
・Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.

・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
・Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Additional Information

・Basic Salary = RM 15,000 ~ RM 20,000
・Bonus: Around 2 months salary
・Cell phone allowance: RM 60 per month
・Medical claim: Maximum RM 3,200 per year
・Annual leave: 14 days
・MC: 14 days
