Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale solar power projects in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have expertise in solar construction, grid connection, EPC management, and a proven track record working with local authorities and power utilities (TNB/SESB).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the construction of large-scale solar projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
2. Manage grid connection, including MV/HV and LILO arrangements.
3. Oversee EPC selection, contract negotiations, and performance management.
4. Coordinate permitting and regulatory approvals with local authorities.
5. Manage testing, commissioning, and COD coordination with TNB/SESB.
6. Ensure strict adherence to HSSE standards.

Key Requirements:

1. 10+ years of experience in large-scale solar project management.
2. Experience with projects >30MW and grid connection (MV/HV, LILO).
3. Strong background in EPC contracts, negotiations, and local permitting processes.
4. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil).
5. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
6. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
