Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead the team in designing, development & implementation of Change Requests
  2. Lead the team in troubleshooting production issues to ensure root cause is identified & solution is provided within the agreed SLA
  3. Provide application support (e.g., installation & configuration, testing, maintenance & deployment) to ensure system availability as per agreed SLA
  4. Manage and resolve issues raised by stakeholders

Ensure compliance to all processes, audit and risk matters in daily tasks.
