About the Job

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure applications using Java & Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance microservices architecture to support enterprise-grade solutions.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality is preserved.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team.
• Stay updated within the technology space and provide suggestions on improvements or optimization within the organization.

Must Have Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and container orchestration.
