The Role:
We are looking for a Social Media Strategist to lead and execute our global social media strategy. In this role, you will drive audience engagement, elevate brand visibility, and build meaningful partnerships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Our customers span the globe—from homeowners in New York and Toronto revamping their living spaces, to design enthusiasts in London and Paris, to minimalist lovers in Tokyo seeking high-quality, custom sofa covers. Your mission is to create a social media presence that resonates with these diverse audiences while strengthening our influencer collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a Global Social Media Strategy: Craft and execute a strategy that aligns with Comfort Works' brand identity and drives engagement across key platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging social networks.
- Influencer & Partnership Marketing: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand partners to amplify Comfort Works’ presence in target markets like North America, Europe, and Asia. Develop long-term collaborations and co-branded campaigns.
- Campaign Development & Execution: Design and execute social media campaigns with a strong focus on partnerships, storytelling, and user-generated content to enhance brand credibility and reach.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality content, including visual storytelling, video collaborations, and influencer-led narratives tailored to different cultural markets.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture an engaged online community by actively responding to comments, messages, and discussions across platforms, ensuring a strong presence in key markets.
- Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, assess ROI on influencer collaborations, and refine strategies based on data insights.
- Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and audience behaviours to identify new opportunities for brand growth across different regions.
The Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, influencer marketing, or digital partnerships, ideally in e-commerce, home décor, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong understanding of global social media trends, influencer ecosystems, and digital content strategies.
- Experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer and brand partnerships across multiple regions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for engaging content, storytelling, and brand building.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple collaborations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with remote teams across different time zones.
