SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR - C&S

• Supervise and oversee Civil & Structure works at the site, using construction drawings as a guide.
• Check the quality of work, identify and address any defects or issues promptly.
• Monitor the progress of the project on a daily basis and keep accurate records of the work activities.
• Comply to Company’s Quality System, occupational safety, health and environmental requirements are addressed and met at all times.
• Attend all project site meetings as well as technical meetings with clients.
• Arrange regular meetings/discussions with a relevant party ( eg: workers/contractor/client/vendors) to ensure the work progress meets the targeted timeline.
• Collaborate with relevant parties (eg: workers/contractor/client/vendors) to ensure all works are executed as agreed.
• Reporting to superior especially any discrepancies/potential delays in work.
• Stock monitoring and delivery arrangement from warehouse to site location.
• Able to station at site outside Penang Island for a short / long term of period.
• Perform monthly stock count in the warehouse.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or it's related field.
• Min 3 years experience in construction field.
• Senior Supervisor will be considered in related experience.
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule (including Offday & Public Holiday)
