SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

• To supervise and monitor all works in accordance with contract, method statement, construction drawings, and all related specifications.
• To conduct QAQC and regular inspections to ensure all works are completed with good workmanship and standards set by the consultant and developer/client.
• Liaise with consultant or project team regarding construction plans/drawings and site construction issues.
• To conduct checks on materials delivered to site and ensure compliance with contract and requirements set by authorities.
• Identify any construction problems and ensure they are solved by the correct method.
• To assist the project manager in managing the construction site, checking, and reporting the Main-cons/Sub-cons work progress.
• To keep all relevant documents, correspondences, and records in respect of the progress of works.
• Responsible for all site daily inspection works (Architecture, Structure, and M & E) including CPC and CCC inspections, defects rectification works.
• To coordinate well with consultants in preparation of work with authorities for the CCC.
• Coordinate, report, and monitor Vacant Possession (VP) to purchasers. Issue defects list to respective Main-Cons/Sub-Cons and follow up on outstanding miscellaneous charges due from house owners.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in the related field.
