• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction field.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to carry out necessary site coordination works.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Familiar with overall site works, and coordination to ensure completion of works within required standards, quality and targeted schedules.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with sub contractors and other site parties related to the project and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, updates, and approvals.
• Coordinate the site team to ensure collaboration and to ensure overall progress is moving in the right direction and assist project manager on necessary site works.
• Control and monitor work progress and ensure work quality.
• Able to collaborate directly with the management team on strategic projects and initiatives.
