Senior Site Quantity Surveyor

• Preparing and analysing detailed cost estimates, budgets and financial reports for construction projects.
• Conducting site visits and measurements to verify the accuracy of project quantities.
• Negotiating and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Responsible for claims and cost management.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Based on site (UNIMAP Pauh Perlis).
• Manage Government Job (JKR).

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and quantity surveying principles.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Have full working rights for Malaysia.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalents.
