About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Technician to join our team at TPest Solution Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues with our pest control equipment and systems
• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal performance and reliability of our products
• Providing on-site technical support and training to clients on the proper use and care of our pest control solutions
• Maintaining detailed records of all service activities and client communications

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Service Technician in the pest control or a related technical services industry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Proficient in the use of specialised tools and equipment required for the installation, maintenance and repair of pest control systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clients
• Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as required
