Senior Sales Manager (Property Development - Overseas Market)

We are hiring Senior Sales Manager (International Property Market) – Based in Kuala Lumpur | High-Growth Developer | RM10K–15K + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in overseas markets.
2. Team Leadership: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
3. Performance Management: Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are met.
4. Sales Implementation: Oversee and manage the sales process to ensure effective execution.
5. Event Coordination: Supervise staff participation in weekend duties and sales roadshows.
6. Training & Development: Conduct internal training to improve sales team skills and performance.
7. Reporting: Prepare monthly sales reports in line with company policies.
8. Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in overall sales and marketing activities to drive growth.
9. Vacant Possession: Help ensure smooth execution of the Vacant Possession process.
10. Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in property development, preferably with exposure to international markets.
3. Strong interpersonal, leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
4. Solid knowledge of marketing strategies and international sales channels.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to liaise with clients from regions like Japan, China, and Hong Kong.
6. A team player with a positive attitude, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Sales-driven, target-oriented, and highly self-motivated with a focus on delivering results.
8. Willing to travel outstation as required.
