Build and execute a strong sales strategy for New Business growth in the territory and achieve KPIs.
Generate leads and establish a structured sales methodology and process including opportunity validation, pursuit, and closure. This includes a sales operating pace, providing accurate forecast and pipeline updates to the business stakeholders.
Engage and develop trusted relationships with customers and map with decision makers to understand the customers prospects' business requirements and pain points, mapping it to solution offerings.
Work with the cross-team members including inside sales, marketing, and technical team members to progress opportunities including fine-tuning of solution for prospects and to close deals.
Attend meetings to align strategy with manager and other stakeholders and upkeep CRM regularly.
Perform business development-related work as an ambassador of the company in the Subsidiary.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in a business field preferred.
At least 5+ years of SaaS sales experience preferred with a strong track record of closing new business deals and growing accounts.
Experience as Sales Manager for SaaS products/Software services in Retail/e-commerce Industry is a must.
Good understanding of software solutions, cloud, eCommerce, CRM & ERP.
Have good prospecting, communication & presentation skills.

Work Setup:
Work shift: Dayshift 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays.
Setup: Remote (must be willing to do client visits when needed).
