This job is a Managerial role. It is a Sales and Marketing role, reporting into the VP, Sales based in office at KL or JB, Malaysia.
The job is focused on developing the highest quality to drive revenue growth by building high levels of trust, consolidating strong relationships with existing key accounts, sourcing and securing new business, establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and managing profitability through the achievement of targets, pricing decisions, and monitoring of the market through strong relationships and consistent high service levels.
The purpose of the role is to deliver the following KRAs:
- To develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth, AMOS brand value, and AMOS brand positioning.
- To source and secure new business to ensure market share growth.
- To optimize retention of existing clients and provide effective, efficient, and professional service and advice for attainment of the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- To build a continual Sales pipeline and monitor project tenders.
- To ensure a healthy gross margin is attained and maintained.
The primary objective of this role is responsible for revenue growth and client retention with exceptional customer service to bring AMOS to be the Most Favored Partner in the Marine and Offshore Energy markets.
Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communication or other business-related fields.
- Requiring normal safety precautions with minimal occupational health and safety risks.
- Moderate to low noise levels.
- Stress induced by tight deadlines and volume of workload.
