Senior Sales Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
3. Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
4. Foster a positive and motivating work environment to drive team collaboration and success.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
6. Identify and resolve client issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Oversee daily sales operations, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
8. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
9. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market presence.
10. Develop and execute business development plans to enter new markets and segments.

Requirements:

1. Must have 5 years above experience in Sales
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
3. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or General Manager in a similar industry.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
