Senior Sales Executive

• Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and researching and analysing sales options.
• Developing relationships with clients and recommending solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Contact businesses and private individuals to promote products.
• Develop and maintain client database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
• Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to the clients.
• Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet the needs of specific individuals.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
• Record client details and details of the transaction.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships; follow up on sales activity.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
• Carry out market research and surveys.
• Support in sales events for both online and offline.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development.
