Senior Sales Executive

This position is for those with a proven track record in sales, along with long-term relationship building and excellent presentation skills. This position is open to all Malaysians, and we hire based on skills, experience, and talent. The primary language proficiency requirement is English. However, additional proficiency in either Bahasa Melayu OR Mandarin/Cantonese will be considered a great asset. Foreigners with a valid Spouse Visa are also encouraged to apply.

• Deliver accurate and compelling presentations in a confident, cohesive, and engaging manner to groups of customers made up of interior designers, architects, and main contractors.
• Liaise, fulfill, and build relationships with existing customers in view of a profitable, long-lasting partnership, while making sure their needs are met always.
• Travel to various locations to meet with customers and carry samples, demonstrating our products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and prospect new customers to expand the company’s market share.
• Assist management to streamline and improve internal processes and workflows for enhanced operational efficiency.
• Able to fully learn the company’s full range of products; and being resourceful to keep up with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
• Able to resolve customer complaints and concerns by making recommendations and tenacious follow-ups while consistently maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Able to collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and product development to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or any other relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior sales position, which involves dealing with customers on a daily basis and a proven track record. Experience in interior, construction, and/or furnishing industries is an added advantage.
• Possess excellent communication skills not only with customers, but also colleagues, management, and stakeholders.
• Possess own transport with a valid driving license and must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• Excellent presentation skills and a performance-driven attitude to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Resourceful, multi-tasking, and flexible – able to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
