Job Responsibilities
- Promotes and professionally sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers.
- Engages in cross selling of other RHB’s products based on customer needs to increase market share.
- Achieves individual sales targets and contributes towards the achievement of the sales office targets.
- Provides professional advice on Auto Owners products to customers based on their needs to achieve sales and create public awareness.
- Ensures detailed understanding of Auto Owners products/services and processes for effective sales services.
- Establishes new and maintains regular contact with Business Associates to develop business relationships, e.g. dealers and salesmen.
- Ensures turnaround time and accurate data entry, processing and updating for efficient business opportunities.
- Submits disbursement requests including the creation of credit files.
- Ensures the targeted group of profiles falls within the Acceptance Guidelines for both individual and business entities.
- Supports Retail Collection & Recovery in all collection & recovery activities, including conducting field visits where necessary.
