XTS Technologies' Industry 4.0 Robotics automation specializes in raw materials to production plant factory automation, Robotic Automation, conveyor systems, and ASRS systems for warehouses, providing Intralogistics solutions from picking automation to distribution centers with AGV automation for your entire logistics process. We are especially strong in warehouse automation solutions.

We are hiring in Selangor.

Responsibilities

  1. Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations for customers.
  3. Prepare and pitch solution proposals and quotations according to customer requirements.
  4. Self-manage, develop, and build relationships with end-users, other system integrators, and consultants in the targeted market segment.
  5. Assist and organize marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions, and training.
  6. Focus on sales support roles for the first 3 months to build technical knowledge, especially in customized solutions or new products.
  7. Willingness to travel outstation is compulsory.

Qualifications

  1. Degree or diploma in industrial automation, any engineering field, or comparable technical qualification.
  2. Two or more years of experience in industrial automation system integration.
  3. Strong background in proposing automation solutions to customers.
  4. Good knowledge of the Malaysian automation market, especially regarding Robotics and Intralogistics.
  5. Strong sales and marketing skills with industrial B2B customers.
  6. Previous experience working with multinational corporations is an advantage.
  7. Proactive, self-starter, and team-oriented.
