SENIOR SALES ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and Sell Products: Increase sales by effectively promoting and selling our products to both new and existing customers.
• Develop New Markets: Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new accounts through strategic brand awareness initiatives.
• Customer Consultation And Support: Act as a solutions provider by addressing customer needs, offering consultations, recommendations, and technical support.
• Account Management: Manage customer and prospect relationships by building and maintaining detailed contact records, ensuring effective account management.

Requirements

• Minimum education requirement - Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in bearings and related products, including those used in machinery or engineering applications, is required.
• Candidates with a strong background in selling both bearings and other complementary industrial products will be preferred.
• Conversational in Mandarin as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.
• Own vehicle as a mode of transportation.
• Passion in Sales and Problem Solving; Positive mindset and an Agile attitude; Outgoing personality, Pro-active and Self-motivated.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, preferably local candidates familiar with Sabah.
