We are looking for an exceptional individual responsible for meeting sales goals and leading our team of sales engineers with responsibilities to set up a sales pipeline to determine the effectiveness of personal sales strategies, keeping abreast with the latest industry trends.
The Challenges
Develop new customer leads and achieve sales goals to enable the increase of market share in-country.
Learn the products assigned and articulate the knowledge for productive business output independently.
Maintain a good knowledge of product lines, company sales philosophy, and the policies.
Monitor market trends and competition and adjust efforts to accomplish or improve upon budgeted results.
Prepare sales activity reports weekly, follow up with a strategy action plan, and provide feedback on competitors' activities.
Research competitors' products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
Develop innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
Oversee the internal sales administration and monitor rental fleets' activity/condition.
Provide sales presentations of our full range of products to potential and existing customer accounts to evaluate their needs with the best solution and promote our products and services.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing activities/events/webinars.
Prepare and negotiate all contracts/terms of business with prospective clients.
Maintain client records in CRM (Sales Force) for all activities effectively for reporting and quotations.
Submit sales contracts with purchase orders and deposits if required.
Follow up with monthly collections/dues from customers.
Answer client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Coordinate with the Service Operation Team, Sub-Contractors, and customers to ensure equipment arranged is inspected, recorded, and maintained till the end of lease.
Respond to customer inquiries/emergencies relating to rental services to resolve any issues and concerns.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
Expand industry knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading professional publications.
What It Takes
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering or related field.
Basic knowledge of machinery that is engine and electric motor-driven.
Experience in rental equipment for industrial use.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Quick with internet and online resource tools.
Excellent communication skills, selling practices, and techniques.
Able to make cold calls to new potential customers.
