The Senior Sales Commission Executive will lead, supervise, guide, and motivate a team of junior staff. The major responsibility is to ensure the day-to-day operations of sales commission are completed within the timeline and commissions are paid in accordance with the commission schemes.

Make an Impact by:

  • Being the SME on sales commission operations and seeking clarification from the Sales Teams if details provided are incomplete.
  • Verifying, investigating, analyzing root causes, and resolving disputes/claims raised by Internal/External sales parties.
  • Liaising with Sales, Finance, Sales Partners, and Other Support Teams in clarifying/processing sales claims.
  • Ensuring proper documentation on all payout records, master data files, housekeeping of operation processes, and performing regular backups.
  • Leading in UAT to support new/revised commission schemes or any other changes.
  • Analyzing processing gaps required for automation, working with the supervisor, and assisting the Commission Team to follow up on end-to-end solution timelines.
  • Collating and analyzing any irregularities found in Sales Partners/Salesman commission payments that are not aligned with sales performance or sales trends.
  • Performing any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by the manager.

Skills for Success

  • Diploma or Degree in Business or Data Analysis.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role leading a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel (Vlookup), PowerPoint with good analytical skills.
  • Able to write and communicate clearly in English.
  • Work experience in System Testing - UAT.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
