Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior RPA Architect to lead and design intelligent automation solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies, experience leading RPA teams, and expertise in architecting end-to-end automation solutions. As a Senior RPA Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the RPA development team, guiding them through the process of building and deploying automation solutions.
2. Design and architect scalable, efficient, and high-performance RPA solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
3. Analyze and evaluate business processes to identify automation opportunities and provide expert recommendations.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners to define requirements, create automation roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business goals.
5. Develop detailed automation blueprints, including the identification of appropriate RPA tools, frameworks, and technologies.
6. Oversee the development and deployment of bots using RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar.
7. Conduct regular reviews of RPA solutions to ensure they meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
8. Provide guidance on best practices for RPA design, coding standards, and version control.
9. Lead the design and implementation of robust RPA governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
10. Troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions to optimize RPA performance and scalability.
11. Ensure that automation solutions are aligned with IT infrastructure, security policies, and compliance standards.
12. Mentor junior developers and provide training on RPA tools, technologies, and best practices.

Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an RPA Architect or Lead with expertise in leading RPA projects from design to implementation.
3. Strong experience with leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
4. Extensive knowledge of automation design principles, tools, and frameworks.
5. Solid understanding of business process analysis, design, and reengineering.
6. Experience with process mining and automation lifecycle management.
7. Strong skills in programming and scripting languages such as Python, C#, or .NET.
8. Knowledge of AI/ML and cognitive automation solutions is a plus.
9. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
10. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business, IT, and operations.

Preferred Skills:

1. RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified RPA Professional, Blue Prism Certification).
2. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
3. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for RPA deployment and management.
4. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, and systems integration.
5. Experience in managing large-scale RPA programs and delivering successful automation outcomes.
