Senior Retail Associate (Mitsui)

We're recruiting teammates who are passionate about sports at our Under Armour Mitsui store!

The Senior Retail Associate is responsible for providing superior customer service, placing importance on brand experience and customer engagement. He/she will also serve as the brand ambassador, building strong relationships with customers and meeting store targets by generating sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
2. Consistently demonstrate the Under Armour selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
3. Develop and implement cross-selling strategies for appropriate products.
4. Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and incorporating the latest trends and current promotions based on the customer’s individual style.
5. Remain knowledgeable on products to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales.
6. Execute efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, floor sets, markdown optimization, and replenishment systems while maintaining backroom standards.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field.
2. Able to communicate in local dialects will be an advantage.
3. At least one year of experience in the retail industry.
4. Preferably with working experience in sports retail.
5. Able to work with retail hours such as weekends and public holidays.
6. Sales-oriented with good communication skills.
7. Good working attitude, responsibility, and punctuality.
