To ensure instructions are carried out according to the Weekly action plan.
To ensure work area adheres to the safety standards as required.
To guide and ensure staff abide by the store rules and regulations.
Effective and efficient cashiering handling procedure.
To check and ensure the accuracy of the daily cash float.
Deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank through Cisco’s.
To handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints.
To create a pleasant shopping atmosphere for customers.
To actively motivate the Junior staff to take initiative in greeting the customers.
To report faulty or broken merchandise.
To ensure daily replenishment is carried out.
To provide each individual department in charge with stock listing report to ensure all available stock is displayed.
To monitor stock levels and check that all transfers are done correctly.
To ensure stock is properly displayed and kept in good condition.
To monitor fast and slow-moving stock.
To check and ensure that stock received is in correct quantities and promptly report any discrepancies or damage.
To ensure stock sold is based on first in first out.
To conduct On-job-training (OJT) upon new hires on board in accordance with the 5 days training checklist.
To demonstrate a positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way communication.
To prepare the weekly action plan.
To assist with any reports as required.
Any other duties assigned by the Retail Supervisor or Retail/Store Manager.
Minimum SPM with 1 – 2 years of retail experience will be an added advantage.
