Who is the Sr Retail Account Professional – Northern Region?
The primary purpose for this role is to ensure monthly subscriber targets within assigned regions are consistently met.
This role will provide merchandising and training excellence for Asurion products (Partner’s Mobile Care program) in retail stores by working closely with Partner’s team to develop and support retail sales activities including Point of Sales display merchandising, support and conduct train-the-trainer sessions, and retail display infrastructure development and deployment to all fronting stores, namely retailer & dealers and roadshow.
This position requires extensive travelling within the assigned region.
Key Duties:
- Manages and builds strong working relationship with one of the key telecommunications companies.
- Works closely with Partner’s retail store managers/sales assistants and dealers to meet monthly subscriber targets and with Partner’s team to deploy merchandising collaterals and POPs that can be effectively implemented at retail with maximum impact.
- Works with Partner’s sales team to support and execute their channel promotions such as in store demand generation activities or Partner’s events such as incentives programs.
- Follows daily route plan to visit stores within assigned region to build rapport and diligently provide operational support to the retail store managers and dealers whenever required.
- Supports retailer-led roadshows with relevant POS merchandising, demo kiosks and product display gondolas as well as promoter deployments.
- Works with retailer to identify best locations for display and/or shelving investments to increase presence in the retail space.
- Develops and executes a systematic approach to Partner’s Master Trainer and CSS to ensure that training goals are met together with a high level of effectiveness.
- Develops effective sales pitch and trains all the retail sales front liners to drive the value proposition of Partner’s Mobile Care program and ensure retailer has full understanding of Partner’s Mobile Care program and their incentive program.
- Ensures all assignments are completed within budget, on time and meeting KPIs together with a high level of Partner’s satisfaction.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:
- 3 years of working experience in Telecommunication industries and 3S Products.
- Good knowledge of retail and retail business models in market and experience in retail training and retail marketing dealing with proven success KPI in retail accounts.
- Good presentation, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills with multiple levels internally and externally; ability to work in team structure.
- Ability to analyze and respond to company and industry data and to assess trends.
- Ability to communicate with people at different levels and strong drive for success and highly goal driven.
- Resourceful and creative in seeking solutions around problems while working in independent environment.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, and local dialect and possesses clear communication skills.
