OUTPUTS/ACCOUNTABILITY- Demonstrate best practices for questionnaire design, study setup and FW launch
- Oversee complex and high value projects, ensuring job profitability
- Deliver insightful analyses and compelling presentation
- Keep oneself and team abreast with sectoral and market research trends
- Ensure compliance to Audit and SOP for research purposes
- Write comprehensive proposals which address client briefs
- Proactively be involved in business generation, new contracts, sales pitch
- Conduct Performance review and regular feedback sessions for junior researchers
- Assist in recruitment of junior researchers

BACKGROUNDExperience- 7Y+ market research/ consultancy experience
- Keen interest and experience in driving ad hoc and large scale CX Programs
- Well versed with the concepts of CX such as NPS, CSAT, Customer Journey Mapping
- Involvement in Employee Experience studies [added advantage]
- Expertise in Customer Experience management Platforms [CXM] such as Qualtrics, Medallia [added advantage]
- Well versed in questionnaire design, project management and report writing
- Understand and use of statistical and advanced analysis
- Multi industry exposure
