Senior- Reporting Analyst

About the Role:

As part of the Reporting team, you will build and deploy reporting solutions consisting of Reports, Dashboards and Operational Indicators using multiple data sources and business intelligence tools. You will report to the Reporting Team Manager and work on a hybrid basis.

You Will:

1. Data Modeling and report building: Develop, maintain and enhance data models and data flows; build, maintain and evolve financial and non-financial reports for Finance and GBS Finance teams working across multiple data sources to support data-driven decision-making.
2. High-level design of reporting solutions working with stakeholders/ Business Analyst
3. Test solutions and data to ensure accuracy
4. Perform ad-hoc analysis and answer questions related to reports
5. Support delivery of E2E reporting solution from data collection and integration, data modelling, dashboard/report development and testing/validation
6. Evaluate data models in Power BI or related platforms
7. Import and maintain data, ETL flows from multiple sources including cloud-based data warehouse
8. Interpret end-user requirements and create Power BI report solutions
9. Provide financial and non-financial reporting support to Finance business Partnering Team
10. Evaluate system for variances, discrepancies, and efficiency.
11. Support and troubleshoot reports and dashboards created

You Have:

1. Degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics/Software Engineering, Information Technology, or other related technical disciplines
2. Min 5 years of related experience
3. Advanced level in MS Excel, Power BI and SQL
4. Knowledge of Python or R
5. Knowledge of Cloud-based data warehousing such as Snowflake
6. Experience creating reports in Oracle ERP
7. Experienced or familiar with Cloud environments such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure or AWS
8. Experience dealing with multinational stakeholders
