The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic, always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of these teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

• Business owner of Digital Products category, carrying end-to-end responsibility of P&L, growth, and customer experience of the category.
• Define, implement, and execute business growth strategies for Digital Products.
• Continuously analyze market conditions and competitors to ensure products offered remain highly competitive.
• Retain and optimize existing key partners, as well as establish new strategic partnerships to drive overall category performance.
• Work closely with internal function stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, Legal, Ops, etc., to execute projects aligned with business growth objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field, with at least 5 years of working experience in corporate strategy or business development.
• Prior working experience in e-commerce, telco, utilities, or fintech industry will be an added advantage.
• Experienced in leadership roles, with a proven track record of team management skills.
• Possess strong business acumen and commercial savviness.
• Exceptional communication and project management skills, able to foster strong relationships both internally and externally.
• Highly analytical and able to generate meaningful and actionable analysis; strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
