Job description
Regional Marketing and VM Strategy Development:
Develop and execute regional marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and goals.
Conduct market research to understand regional customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Customize marketing campaigns and initiatives to resonate with the local audience while maintaining brand consistency.
Lead visual merchandising standards and guidelines for the dedicated brand and region.
Ability to strategically leverage current trends in alignment with the overall business strategy to drive growth and innovation.
Create brand presence in dedicated space and channels through creative and efficient visual setup.
Explore and plan potential space available in courts and retail stores for maximum brand impact.
Marketing and VM SOP Management:
Develop and manage regional marketing, VM, and campaign SOPs, ensuring executions are as per designated guidelines across all regions.
Assist respective regions on adaptation of SOPs and consistent evaluation of SOP efficiency.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
Plan, coordinate, and implement integrated marketing campaigns that include digital, social media, events, and on-ground channels.
Collaborate with global marketing teams to ensure regional alignment while adapting global strategies to the local market.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and feedback, adjusting tactics to improve effectiveness.
Brand Awareness and Market Positioning:
Increase brand visibility and market share within the region through targeted advertising, promotions, and events.
Strengthen brand positioning through partnership with local PR efforts, community engagement, and strategic partnerships.
Ensure consistent and effective messaging across all regional marketing materials and platforms.
Event Management and Sponsorship:
Plan, organize, and manage regional events such as conferences, webinars, trade shows, and customer appreciation activities.
Evaluate and manage regional sponsorship opportunities and speaking engagements to increase brand exposure.
Budget Management and Resource Allocation:
Develop and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while achieving campaign objectives.
Allocate resources for regional marketing initiatives based on priority and business impact.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with product, sales, and local marketing teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
Provide regional insights and feedback to the central marketing team to refine strategies and adapt offerings.
Ensure consistent communication and collaboration across departments to support regional goals.
Reporting and Analytics:
Measure and analyze the performance of regional marketing campaigns, using data and metrics to evaluate success.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
Continuously monitor and assess market conditions to adjust strategies and remain competitive in the region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of marketing and VM experience, preferably in a regional or territory role.
Proven experience in developing and executing regional marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, visual merchandising, and event management.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in execution.
Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Additional Skills:
Passionate towards the game of sports, especially racquet sports.
Knowledge of regional market trends, cultural differences, and consumer behaviors.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective marketing activities.
Multilingual skills are a plus, depending on the region.
Full-time position.
Travelling will be required for the dedicated regions assigned.
