Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a publicly listed MNC with over billions in revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for multiple roles of Junior / Senior - Regional FP&A Analyst / Commercial Business Analyst / Regional Financial Analyst.

This role focuses on producing meaningful management information and business insights for the business across the ASEAN / Europe Region.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the forecast & budgeting processes in conjunction with key stakeholders, and in collaboration with the rest of the wider finance team.
• Deliver routine Performance Management reporting and presentations for use by Business Units, Commercial & Technology teams.
• Involve in monthly reporting and analysis of regional results and deviations compared to forecasts.
• Act as Business Partner to the business on supporting financial decisions and analytical insights.
• Drive the mid-term planning process including cost, revenue and CAPEX planning for the Functions and Regions at group/region level.
• Support the Functions and Regions in cost management and control within the target given by the Board.
• Perform weekly financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking.
• Assist in Project & Budget preparation activities, Half Year Review and Quarterly Performance Reviews.
• Liaise with Business Units and utilise relevant information to produce reports and carry out data analysis.
• Ensure accuracy in the computation of standard costs and make revisions as required.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
• Assist in the performance studies for Line and Finance Management.
• Involved in Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support Financial Control reporting and review of any other projects required.

Main Requirements

• Candidate with relevant forecasting & budgeting experience is preferred, or accountant with minor exposure to such financial analysis is encouraged to apply.
• Big 4 or Big 10 Auditors are welcome to apply.
• MINIMUM of 5 years relevant working experience.
• Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications such as ICAEW/ACCA/CPA/MIA will be highly advantageous.
• Great communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced MNC environment.
