Senior Regional Business Development Executive

Regional Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a regional business development strategy that aligns with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Identify high-potential market segments and geographic areas for growth within the region.
  • Analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to drive strategic initiatives.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

  • Prospect, acquire, and onboard new clients within the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring exceptional service and support.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Meet or exceed regional sales targets by driving new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful execution of regional business development goals.

Regional Market Expansion:

  • Identify new business channels and potential partnerships to increase the company’s presence in the region.
  • Establish a strong local brand presence through networking, events, and promotional activities.
  • Work with local teams to tailor solutions to meet regional client needs.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product, and operations, to ensure regional strategies align with corporate goals.
  • Provide feedback on product offerings and client preferences to inform product development or service enhancements.
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects by managing cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Reporting and Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor sales pipeline, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Lead inventory management for key clients to ensure smooth flow of long-term plans.
  • Analyze results and market data to optimize strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of regional industry trends and competitor activities.

Product Expert and Training:

  • Passionate towards the game of sport and willingly provide product training support when needed.
  • Identify needs for knowledge sharing and opportunities, and work with training experts on training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development, key account management, sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven success in developing and executing regional business development strategies.
  • Strong track record of acquiring and managing key client relationships in the assigned region.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team collaboration and problem-solving abilities independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of regional market dynamics and industry-specific trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant sales analytic tools.

Additional Skills:

  • Passion for the sportswear industry, especially racquet sports.
  • Ability to travel regularly across the responsible regions.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and large deals.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus (depending on the region).
  • Willingness to propose and suggest solutions and ideas.
