Senior Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Manager (WFH)

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Manager to join our team.

• Lead and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation and placement.
• Oversee job postings, resume screening, candidate interviews, and client meetings.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing their recruitment projects and ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet client needs and industry trends.
• Analyze industry trends and market insights to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Provide clients with advice on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
• Prepare regular performance reports and track recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the management team to refine recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements

• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in the related field.
• Possess a strong interest in the recruitment industry.
• In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and client requirements.
• Excellent ability to engage with clients and/or candidates, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented, with a focus on meeting KPIs and achieving sales targets.
• Sales driven, self-motivated, independent and strong team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage to liaise with different clients and candidates.
• Basic + Commission.
• Full time 5 Days (9am-6pm) Work from home.
