Senior Recruiter

As a Senior Recruiter based in Malaysia, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding staff, mostly based in Malaysia, as we expand internationally. You’ll be responsible for organizing hiring events, reducing our reliance on external recruitment partners, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Working independently, you’ll collaborate with remote teams and build relationships with local talent to meet our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of our customer experience hiring events, manage recruitment of global showroom team, and collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Manager on sourcing executive-level talent.
• Build and maintain a local talent pipeline, supporting quick hires as business needs shift.
• Foster a positive candidate experience and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Collaborate remotely with the global recruitment team, based in Singapore, to align hiring strategies and share insights.
• Stay informed on Malaysia’s employment regulations to ensure full compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally with customer service (CX), and logistics related hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build lasting talent pipelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently and can effectively collaborate with remote teams.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and hiring best practices in Malaysia.
