SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR
JVG Bina Sdn. Bhd. is a property construction company established in 2015. Our construction projects are located at Penang Island and Mainland.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new tender projects quantity measurement.
- Responsible for new tender projects pricing and obtaining sub-contractors and suppliers pricing.
- Plan and coordinate selection of potential sub-contractors in any new project.
- Prepare budgeting and costing for all the projects and quantity checking.
- Valuation of progress claims and sub-contractor claims.
- Check discrepancies between the Architect Drawings and Structural Drawings.
- Ensure structures or buildings are built in compliance with client specifications.
- Attend employer and consultants meetings, and main contractor site meetings regarding work progress and site problems.
- Any other job functions assigned by the head of department.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Required Skill(s): AUTOCAD.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Proficiency in local tendering of Factory and Residential Project experience is strongly encouraged to apply.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in managing multiple projects within tight timelines.
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance.
