Senior Quantity Surveyor (JB) - Developer / Main Contractor

About the company
Our client is a prominent developer & main contractor with a focus on a wide range of projects across Malaysia. They are currently looking for a few senior quantity surveyor to join their Johor Bahru branch.

About the Role:

• Estimate costs for construction projects and monitor budgets.
• Review and manage contracts, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Oversee buying materials and hiring subcontractors.
• Work with project managers and teams to keep projects on track.
• Track expenses and report regularly on costs.
• Identify and address potential risks on projects.
• Prepare final cost reports after project completion.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years experience in the relevant field.
