• Leading the Quality function and providing direct support and quality management subject matter expertise to the Programme, delivered in a manner that is proactive and effective.
• Leading the development and implementation of the Delivery Authority’s Integrated Management System (IMS) to simplify and improve the ways of working.
• The Senior Quality Manager will lead the plan for the PFAM to achieve accredited ISO certification to ISO 9001, AITF and other relevant accreditations.
• The Senior Quality Manager will be supported by a team of Subject Matter Experts in the above standards.
• Ensuring the Employer’s Quality Requirements are robust and effective and embedded in our procurement process, leading the quality team to support procurement and on-boarding of new supply partners in the Programme.
• Providing direct support and quality management subject matter expertise to PFAM’s suppliers, working with the project teams and commercial colleagues, supporting the delivery of our construction projects.
• Advise the PFAM and the Quality Delivery Managers in the team, on review and acceptance criteria of suppliers Quality Plans, ITPs, and other related quality deliverables for our construction projects.
• Resolving or escalating any quality management concerns, issues, and risks and leading a culture of root cause analysis and continuous improvement in the PFAM and its supply chain.
• Reporting on quality related topics, including the IMS and representing the Quality function in relevant meetings, internal and external.
• Supporting the Head of Programme Assurance in defining and implementing the quality culture, quality strategy, practices and campaigns across the PFAM and its supply partners.
• Any other task as instructed by management.
