• Responsible for Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO audit.
• IECQ HSPM QC 080000 requirements.
• Product Data Management and Documentation coordinator.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Conduct periodical internal quality audit of QMS/EHS/IECQ HSPM QC 080000 to gauge the compliance level to ISO requirements and continually improve the effectiveness.
• Prepare the audit report and follow up on closed-loop corrective actions.
• Prepare and participate in periodical Management Review.
• Perform BOM creation based upon approved ECO into Oracle system (PDM).
• Perform document control function as per ISO procedures (e.g., SOP, WI & records).
• Monitor Document Control in maintaining good filing and tracking records.
• Communicate and handle various department requests on document control.
• Liaise with third-party auditor in surveillance or recertification audit.
• Prepare training materials, conduct training, and support Quality System automation deployment as assigned.
• Propose, drive, and perform any new/improvement project for QMS and plant-wide including six sigma projects as per timeline stated.
• Support QA activities and function as assigned with professionalism, integrity, and ethics.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the QA System field in a Manufacturing Environment.
• EHS, QMS, IECQ HSPM & PDM Certification Requirement. Knowledge of TS16949 will be an added advantage.
