Responsibilities

• Responsible for new products quality assurance planning.
• Responsible for establishing quality-related document standards and maintaining the quality system.
• Responsible for dealing with quality issues in production and process, analyzing and improving.
• Responsible for continuously improving process yield.
• Responsible for analyzing quality data to identify improvement opportunities and working with cross-functional teams to implement.
• Responsible for performing data analysis and generating periodic quality reports, detecting subtle trends and reporting quality concerns.
• Responsible for handling customer complaints, collaborating with different departments to solve customer problems, and making recommendations for improvement.
• Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and providing customer service, communicating, and addressing customer special requirements.

QA Engineer Specific Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling in-process quality issues.
• Responsible for QC equipment maintenance.
• Responsible for handling in-process IPQC and OQC affairs.
• Responsible for maintenance of CP files and PQP files.
• Responsible for handling customer complaint exceptions.
