About the Job

• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop the operational buying team.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and conduct annual appraisals.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination: Handle escalations, ensure timely deliveries, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Process Optimization: Improve procurement workflows and ensure compliance with quality standards.

About the Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (certifications in Procurement/Supply Chain preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years in operational procurement, 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Industry Knowledge: Expertise in precision machining, mechatronic assemblies, raw materials, and supply markets.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with MRP systems, project/demand planning, and MS Office.
• Procurement Expertise: Strong negotiation, supplier management, and contract evaluation skills.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to assess data, optimize processes, and resolve procurement issues.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, attention to detail, and team leadership.
